Arc, Browser for Designers
This issue brings you another reason to use Arc, Spotify steps into Web3, useful apps and other cool stuff related to design or Web3.
Arc Browser Tab Management Explained
When creating top-notch products, having the right tools is crucial. Arc browser from The Browser Company is probably the best choice for designers or just anyone who needs to work with the web efficiently.
It’s been my browser of choice for the past two months and I’ve never rooted for a company to succeed more. They are kinda building in public and you can follow them on Twitter or Tiktok.
The Arc Browser has a clean, minimalistic interface that is easy to navigate, a focus mode, and a native split view so you can work on multiple projects at once. What's unique about it and why do I recommend it?
Arc allows you to organize your tabs into Folders and Spaces, and group your tabs by project (e.g. work, personal, side jobs).
Easels allow you to save and organize information from the internet, brainstorm ideas, create mood boards, collect inspiration and even write stories.
Can seamlessly integrate with online design tools like Figma and Webflow, so you won't have to waste time switching back and forth between different apps.
Arc is great for getting your workflows in specific sites just right and resolving conflicts between Arc and a shortcut you love.
Because the browser is Chromium-based, it's fast and efficient, and you can install all your favorite extensions from the Chrome Web Store.
Great tab management that prevents me from hoarding and forces me to stay organized. This is done by archiving tabs every 24h (it's 12h by default), while pinned and favorite tabs stay untouched.
It offers organizational tools, seamless integration with online design tools, speed, and built-in features that help you create beautiful, responsive websites.
Arc Companion iOS App
They’ve also released a mobile iOS version, which is not a complete browser like Safari, but rather a companion app to your desktop Arc. They do intend to release new features gradually until it becomes a full-fledged browser.
I think I’ve said enough about Arc, now it’s up to you to give it a try, or not. If you do decide to take it for a spin, an invite is needed to download/sign up, so hit me up and I’ll send you one.

Web3 Corner 🫦
Welcome to Spotify's token-enabled pilot! It's exciting when a mainstream service like Spotify, starts transitioning to Web3 standards. We saw how Reddit did this, and it was pretty impressive, on the other hand META recently gave up on NFTs…
Let's see how they implemented this. Once you click the link that was shared on KINGSHIP's official Discord and Twitter, you will go through the below experience to access the exclusively curated playlist.
When you click on the playlist PLAY button, you're prompted to connect your wallet. If you have a certain token in your wallet, you will get access to this exclusive playlist.
The play button is locked for this playlist

Let’s choose MetaMask
Connect MM to Spotify
The playlist is now unlocked
Spotify managed to get this down to 5 simple steps, which is a pretty solid UX. Since almost nobody outside of the Web3 world likes the phrase “NFT”, they’ll have to come up with something clever to call the actual tokens (e.g. Collectibles, Digital Assets).

The thing about music NFTs is they allow me to own the feeling that a song gave me in a moment.
The most valuable moment in music collecting is *after* I’ve experienced it.
Not at the drop.
